Take two pounds lean ground chuck
Add 2 tablespoons Dale’s Seasoning (a marinade that’s been around the South for more than 50 years)
Add 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Add 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix all together and cook over open fire, preferably with some hickory chips on the charcoal to give added flavor.
